This policy explains what information Focus & Color ("we", "us") collects when you visit focusandcolor.com or buy our products, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions, write to hello@focusandcolor.com.
Information we collect
- When you buy. Purchases are processed by Hotmart, our payment and delivery partner. Hotmart collects your name, email address, payment details and billing information to process the order and deliver your files. We do not see or store your full card number. Hotmart shares with us the information needed to manage your order, such as your name, email and what you purchased.
- When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you browse the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We may also use the Meta Pixel and similar tools, described below.
Cookies and advertising tools
We may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, to understand which of our ads lead to visits and purchases and to show our ads to people who may be interested. The Meta Pixel can use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, actions taken on the site and device information. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy.
You can limit this tracking by adjusting your browser cookie settings, by using your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram, or through industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info.
How we use your information

- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. If we ever send marketing emails, every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: Hotmart for payments and delivery, our web host, Meta for advertising measurement, and our email provider. We may also share information if required by law.
Children's privacy
Our products are activity pages for children, but this website and our purchases are meant for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The printable pages do not collect any information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep order information for as long as needed to provide access, handle refunds, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Emails you send us are kept while we need them to help you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@focusandcolor.com. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional rights, such as knowing what categories of information we collect and opting out of targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
Payments are handled by Hotmart over secure connections, and our site uses HTTPS. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
